the three biggies of tollywood

I am talking about our directors Rajamouli, puri and srinu vaitla....

Rajamouli is the most artistic director with near perfection. though he has reputation as Jakkanna the sculptor for the fact that he takes long time for his movies and also for the fact that they are like masterpiece....
you will not complain after coming out of the theatre.
The most quality director with consistence is Rajamouli!

the next one is Puri the maverick, the trendsetter the man who changes the filed he is in. Though he had mind blowing movies he also had failures on his list. The gold digger may get the gold or may not get the gold after all the efforts. But, with Idiot movie and badri he redefined heroism in Telugu industry! with pokiri he took mahesh babu to the next gear and with businessman he made mahesh the unofficial number one... But as i said his failures are there which pull him back.

Next, is the silent killer or even we can say the most successful director srinu vaitla, the only director who was able to give a hit to manchu vishnu, mohan babu's son. His movies have the minimum guarantee of entertainment. He can give success with the small heroes and we have seen what happens when he joins hands with a big actor like Mahesh Dookudu.
(Andarivaadu with chiru was not a blockbuster as people are not expecting anything less than action/masala movie from chiru...but it had good entertainment....)
He does not take forever like Rajamouli neither he is prone to failures like puri.....
he is the director who has both the quality and quantity in equal proportions... above all he is the best when it comes to comedy.
presently these there are the big 3 in the tollywood.
 Though there are decent directors but these three are the most happening ....

Mahesh Babu is taller than Jr NTR

Its not about height, its about the attitude.
some years ago, early in the career of Junior he gave two  blockbusters aadi and simhadri over two years. after he tasted failure with naaga and andala ramudu, then came the simhadri.... His career was very young  considering the fact that his career was only 7 movies old with Simhadri. But, that was enough for the Jr NTR to start believing that he is the number one.
   Whereas Mahesh has a long career with decently performing movies. With Pokiri he became a superstar at once. There is a "wide" following, stable overseas market, quoted as the most charming hero in Tollywood....and the recent back to back mind blowing success of Dookudu and Businessman.
None of these factors made Mahesh believe that he is above everybody( number one)....instead for the first time we are seeing a big hero giving credit to his director in a very big way humbling himself....
 while all the telugu people over internet or in the streets are willingly or unwillingly accepting the fact that he is number one....he is smiling it off saying that there would be no more number ones in the industry.... watch the video below to learn what mahesh is telling about Puri....

while pride and arrogance oozed off Jr with as few as 2 big hits  Mahesh is humbly thanking his directors... and is taking it easy that he  is having a good time....!

wise people are taller than arrogant people....! no offence!

Puri's stupidity peaks...



recently businessman is the most happening thing with tollywood, especially the dialogues penned by maverick director Puri!
there are so many interesting dialogues and even puri stated that he is going to release a book on dookudu dialogues as per the cine ( web ) media. but, i am talking about the dialogue where surya bhay(mahesh) tells the top cop (nassar) that with the mafia back in action the crime is diminished with the numbers of murders,rapes etc...going down....!


If mafia is there the big crime boss will not allow criminals or petty criminals to do crimes as if.... and that he earns money from extortion of rich builders etc... so common man is not affected...
power gives money and money attracts many.  so many will try to become the boss and even his lieutenants will try to become the next boss. a rich person may have his son kidnapped , paid ransom and again his son could be kidnapped by the other mafia who do not like someone paying their rivals etc...

if mafia is allowed, there will be a constant fight for the top place and there will be bloodshed...crime never decreases with mafia, it increases with mafia. mafia bosses are not robin hood... they help the poor people so that they will give them strength and act as shield if needed....

mafia has no glamour without blood!

it is irresponsible of puri to present such misleading view... but, still we can not blame Puri if we remember the neninthe movie...  where he almost says that audience are stupids and they want stupid shit....,
we clap for dialogues like these  only like mafia and decrease in crime says puri......

anyways take home message is it is foolish to think that crime would be lesser with the presence of mafia than without mafia!

అది లెంప వాయగొట్టుకోవడమ్ కాదుర ... ప్రేమ..... అయిన పోకిరోడివి నీకేమి తెలుస్తుందిరా ప్రేమ

తన చేతిలోనె ఉంచుకుంటారు...లెంప పగుల్తూనె వుంటాది...       రాయి చేతిలోనె ఉంటాది......

             పైగా  అదె బాబు  ప్రేమంటె అయినా బండోడివి నీకేమి అర్థమవుతాదిలే...అని అంటారు

  ప్రేమలో విఫలమయిన వాడికి ఆ గుర్తులు ఆ మెమరీసె ఓ పెద్ద బండ దానితో తన తల తానె బదుకుంటూ ఓ వైపు ఏడుస్తుంటాడు అల అని ఎందుకురా బాబు వదిలేయచ్చు కద అంటె లేదు బ్రదర్ ఇలానె సమ్మగా ఉంది..

నువ్వు కాదు నేను కాదు ఎంతమంది సలహాలు ఇచ్చిన ఈ తతంగమ్ నడుస్తూనె ఉంటాది ...
ఎప్పుడో ఒకప్పుడు ఆగచ్చు  కాని అది ఎప్పుడు అన్నది ఎవరికి తెలీదు...ఆఖిరికి వానికి కూడ

మరపు రాని బాధ కన్న మదురమే లేదోయ్ అని ఊరికి పాడలేదు ఘంటసాల గారు...


ప్రపంచంలో ఏ వైద్యుడు ఆఖిరికి దేవుడు కూడ కుదర్చలేని పిచ్చి ప్రేమ...

pavan kalyan's problem

if we follow all the pavan kalyan movies almost all of them from suswagatham have a message for the society or some social atrocity/illness is discussed. if we take  balu ABCD.... the fear factor is extensively examined....jalsa naxalism...actually with jalsa all of a sudden pavan starts talking about problems of poor man and poor peasants ...when uttej ....
pavan's heart is with social problems  while his profession is films....
so what he is trying is a hybrid between his social feelings and filmy entertainment....
as a result most of the movies are losing their natural flow and entertainment  and not really appealing.
if pavan wanted to engage on social ills its better he make a movie completely focused on social ills( like kamal hasan or vikram) than try to mix it with a movie which is supposed to be entertainer.
with this mix-up he is going no where!
